Website information and pharmacy services

Website content is general information, not individualized medical advice or emergency care. Call 911 for an emergency. Contact a pharmacist or your healthcare professional about medications, treatment, dosing, or side effects. Submitting a form does not guarantee a prescription, refill, price, medication availability, or acceptance of a service request.

Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay is currently available only for pharmacy account balances at the Warner Robins location. Provide the correct patient name, account number, amount, and facility when applicable. You must be authorized to use the payment method and to make the payment for the account identified.

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout in U.S. dollars. Bill Pay accepts debit cards and ACH from Stripe-supported U.S. banks; credit and prepaid cards are not accepted. Available payment options are subject to verification and processor availability. By submitting a payment, you authorize the transaction shown at checkout and any applicable bank authorization presented there.

ACH payments may take several business days to confirm, and timing can vary by bank or processor. A pending or processing transaction is not a paid bill. A paid-bill PDF is available only after the payment is confirmed. Pharmacy staff must match and apply the confirmed payment to the correct pharmacy account; the website confirmation does not by itself establish that account reconciliation is complete or that the entire account balance has been paid.

For a wrong account number, duplicate payment, disputed amount, failed payment, or refund request, contact the Warner Robins pharmacy promptly using the contact details below. Refunds and adjustments require pharmacy review and are subject to the payment’s status and applicable law. Do not submit another payment merely because a bank payment is still pending without first checking its status.

Billing information is used to process, match, apply, and cross-verify payments as described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe may present additional payment-processing and bank authorization terms during checkout.

Accounts and provider tools

Keep login credentials private and notify the pharmacy if you suspect unauthorized access. Provider access is subject to verification and approval. Prescription forms and compounding tools are for authorized professional use and do not replace clinical judgment, legal prescribing requirements, a valid signature, or pharmacy review. Generating a PDF is not electronic transmission or acceptance of a prescription.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate another person, access records without authorization, misuse payment methods, attempt to bypass security, upload malicious material, or interfere with the service. Medicine Stop may restrict access to protect users or investigate misuse.

Availability, external services, and responsibility

Website functions may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. Contact the pharmacy directly for time-sensitive matters. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and policies. We aim to keep information accurate, but errors can occur; confirm important account, pricing, and medication information with the pharmacy.

To the extent permitted by law, website information and tools are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limits obligations imposed on the pharmacy by applicable law.

Updates and privacy

Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Use after an update is subject to the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. See the Privacy Policy for information about website records and Bill Pay.
